However, Pack8 remains committed to ensuring a smooth door step delivery experience. In the unlikely event of a shipment being lost in transit, we take appropriate measures to address the issue and help ensure your purchase reaches you.
At Pack8, we partner with 10+ and other trusted premium carriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable shipping solutions for our customers.
Once your order is dispatched, changes cannot be made. However, cancellations are allowed. To cancel an order, go to 'My Account' → 'Order History', click on the relevant order, and select 'Cancel'.
